If you select this option when you checkout, your purchase will be sent to your selected DiamondJourney.com jeweler at no additional charge to you.
We do this for a number of reasons:
- To encourage you to visit your local DJ.com jeweler, and establish a relationship.
- Should you have any questions, there will be someone right there to answer them when your purchase arrives.
- Should your purchase need sizing, your DJ.com jeweler can perform this service, rather than returning it.
- In the future, if you should need service or wish to make additional jewelry purchases, your DJ.com jeweler is right around the corner.
Should you choose to have your purchase shipped directly to you, simply indicate that during the check-out process.
We ship everything via UPS (except for overseas orders). Please use the table below for Shipping Rates in the US only.

Most orders will ship within 48 to 72 hours, Monday thru Friday, unless you have requested any alterations to your purchase or it states it is a special order. We will notify you when your purchase is shipped, or if, in the unlikely, event that your purchase is back ordered.
Once your item(s) has shipped, you should receive it within one or two days depending on the type of service you have selected (in the US only).
Once your item(s) has shipped, you will be able to track your package. We will e-mail you the package number and link to track it once your package is shipped.
If for any reason, you may not be home to sign for your package, you may request for us to ship to another address. As a security measure to protect you against fraudulent charges, we will confirm that your credit card has this alternate shipping address on file. To expedite your order, all you need to do is to call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternative shipping address.
Please NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a complete street address.
All merchandise being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped via the US Postal System via Priority Mail. All these shipments must be processed through the military postal service, and, as such, will require more time. Priority mail will arrive at the APO/FPO processing center, on average, in three days. However, from that point, your package will be handled by the military postal service. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. Where possible, we would encourage you to take advantage of the FREE shipping option, particularly, if you are trying to ship a gift for an anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion.
Shipping Internationally
All orders that are shipped internationally will be shipped via US Post Office.
All of your DiamondJourney.com purchases will be shipped in tasteful and distinctive packaging.
